[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend this product because it was an effective and convenient way to clean my floors, the Swiffer PowerMop Multi-Surface Kit is an excellent choice. This kit includes everything I need to get started, including a PowerMop handle, a mopping pad, and a bottle of cleaning solution. The PowerMop is designed to work on a variety of surfaces, including finished wood, tile, and laminate flooring, and it does an excellent job of lifting and locking in dirt, dust, and grime. The mopping pad is made from high-quality materials that are durable and long-lasting, and it attaches easily to the PowerMop handle. The cleaning solution is also top-notch, leaving your floors looking and smelling clean and fresh. High hopes, but sadly disappointed!

Never used Swiffer before, but today I purchased this product and had really high hopes, after assembly only one side of the spray nozzle worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Faulty product

Broke within 2 months, and they require you to have original receipt to return, do not buy.

Disappointed

Just bought this today and already going to take it back. The solution will not lock into place, it sprays from one side only. I changed the batteries and did all the troubleshooting. I was so excited to get this to replace my wet jet but now I am disappointed.

You took a great step by replacing the batterries, and we also suggest making sure that the piece of cardboard has been removed from the solution bottle holder so that the bottle can be fully inserted. Not what I was expecting at all!

I was so excited to get this! Then after putting it together and realizing that the "power" was only for dispensing the cleaning solution!! I thought this thing moved back and forth but it's basically a fancied up swiffer wet jet. Instead if pulling a trigger you push a battery operated button. I am SO disappointed 😞

This product is terrible!!!

My solution won't lock into place, so to use the mop o have to hold the solution down while I spray. It's very tedious.
