Mop padswill not stick

I just don't get it. Recently purhased this product because I thought it would be perfect for my hardwood floors and I cannot get the mop pads to stick. Followed the intructions to a T and I can't get it to stay put. Watched videos and tried again ... still no luck. I am putting the pad on the floor, lining up the strips and pushing down. I thought maybe the mop pad that came with it was old so I got a brand new pack from my local store and still can't get them to stay.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Didn’t work, have to return

Was really excited to use but when I got home and opened it I saw the battery were suppose to be had no metals or springs ( the batteries just fell out so obviously something was missing ) and the product didn’t work at all I have it sitting on the table because now I have to go return it and who has time to do all that, that’s the point of the mop because you don’t got time to mop why would I have time to go return this.

The new fresh scent with pink flowers made my dau.

I’ve always liked this product. But the new freshness scent with pink flowers made my daughter and mother have a full on asthma attack. It was very scary. Hopefully this company can look into this. None of the other scents have done this.

Only on my second bottle of cleaner and it won't work. Put in new batteries and nothing!

product let me down after a couple months

i’ve had my swiffer power for about two months. It worked great up until now. I just put fresh batteries in it and it won’t do anything when I press the button.

Not worth buying

I purchased the power mop. I am very disappointed because the handle keeps coming apart while I'm using it!

Cleaning solution too strong

I used this mop for the first time and it worked great, but the Fresh cleaning solution that comes with it is so overpowering that it makes me want to mop over the floor with soap and water just to get the smell out. We opened up the windows but now 3 hours later the smell is still too strong in the house.

Super disappointed.

Opted for the newer version, because it promised a deeper clean, ordered extra pads and soap, and got to use other twice before the batteries died. Replaced them with brand new ones, and they were immediately dead. Repeated, and again they didn't work. But they worked elsewhere... now I have a swiffer I cant use, and am out quite a bit of money. So disappointed
