Used this product once and it stopped spraying. I changed the batteries and still nothing. I even purchased the refills of solution and pads right away as well, so I have all these products and no mop..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mindy, with quality being at the forefront of everything we do, this is the last thing we want or expect to hear. If you have not done so already, ensure the batteries you're using are alkaline and not rechargeable or carbon-zinc. Worst cleaning mop ever

Expensive to repurchase . pads hardly pick up anything. they claim hundred of scrubbing pads which is a joke. they are few and far between.. it does not work on spills as therere are too few strips. Does not even clean well. This is nothing but overpriced garbage. It does not capture dust, it just lumps it and moves it around

I really liked this mop BUTit stopped spraying about 3/4 of the way through the very first bottle. I replaced the batteries but it still does not spray. My previous model is still working after 3 years. Help!

I wanted to upgrade my current Swiffer Wet Jet and saw this Power Mop in the grocery store. The first one I brought home, the spray bottle would not click into place. I returned it for another one. The same thing, the bottle does not click into place. My husband had to wedge a small piece of cardboard to keep it attached.

New bottle of cleaner does not click in help

I have purchased 3 times the swiffer power mop. I love it. but when the first bottle empties and I put a new bottle in ..it does not click in at all. This is the 3rd one I've tried. I have exchanged the last 2 because of same issue. Not happy customer 😒

Because of the hard work of our Quality Team, we’re confident everything with your PowerMop, including its Cleaning Solution bottles, should work as expected. We’re truly sorry to learn about this and want to help. When you first get your PowerMop, there’s a piece of corrugated cardboard positioned underneath the Cleaning Solution bottle that comes with it. Be sure it’s been removed. While you’re looking to see if that cardboard’s gone, check the silicone cap on the bottle. If you see that it’s bulging, unscrew/rotate the purple cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. After doing that, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. If you don’t see a leak, reinsert the bottle. If you do see a leak, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device. Give us an update if this helped.
