Worked good for awhile then stopped spraying just drizzled out. I have changed the batteries and still same thing. How can I fix the problem?

1. Check the Solution Bottle: Ensure that the solution bottle is securely clicked into place and not empty. If it is empty, replace it with a new one. 2. Priming the Mop: Your Swiffer PowerMop may need to be primed. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You might also need to gently squeeze the solution bottle while pressing the spray button. 3. Clogged Nozzles: The nozzles could be clogged. Try gently brushing them to help them start spraying again. 4. Assembly Check: Double-check that all pieces of the pole have snapped together properly during assembly.

Not What I Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This setup comes with everything you need to get started! However, I got this mop with the idea that the power on this mop would vibrate the mop somehow to create a higher level of cleaning. It doesn’t; this Swiffer mop is very similar to the traditional WetJet. The battery pack on the back of the mop is easy to load; the mop itself is easy to set up- but I don’t see the point of having a battery pack to literally only dispense cleaning solution. I could do the same with a trigger setup, and I wouldn’t need to change batteries or worry about them leaking. All in all, the product works fine but I’m not sure I see the point of calling this a “power mop” when the power only dispenses cleaning solution. This mop could have gone so much further, and stopped short of its potential somewhere in the design process.

Buyer beware

The idea is great...but the cleaning solution won't stay snapped in place! I have to push it back down every time I need to squirter solution out..and it immediately pops right back up...dont waste your money like I did.

Although this is not something we would expect, the vent valve may have stopped working on the device. The valve lets air enter the bottle while the liquid is being dosed. If the valve stops working, the lack of air entering the bottle could lead to the bottle collapsing. Was good at first but not long term

Bought 2 weeks ago and already broke!!!! Do not buy. It breaks at the handle where it clicks in and have to keep trying to get the cord in. Not worth the money. What a waste!!!!!

cleaned great till it clogged
