Love this quick mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this entire kit with the lavender scent and fresh scent and it smells great! Definitely a system I recommend to maybe a quick mop of our hardwood floors. The entire system is easy to use, the cleaning cartridge and mop heads are easy to change and working great
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the new design of this mop it is a better quality version of it’s original design. I had one of the earlier versions of the mop and it worked great. But it was time to upgrade to the newest version and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and functionality. It is a good product.

Faulty too soon!

This is fanatastic... until it stops working. I pourchased 2, the 2nd after the first stopped working...which then happened to the 2nd...both after having them only a short time! They would not spray even after all the troubleshooting measures sugggested on the website were done.

We're sorry to hear this, as our PowerMops go through many quality checks to ensure that you can rely on them. If you haven't already, we recommend replacing the batteries with fresh AA ones that all come from the same pack. As well, make sure that the solution bottle isn't empty and is fully inserted into the solution bottle holder, and try gently brushing the nozzles to help loosen any clogs that may have formed. I have shiny laminate floors this does not streak great product - I’ve used many mop heads to no avail

Bad product stop sprayung

My mop quit after 10 usage bottle is still over have full my house is only 1650 footage why did it stop I still have two new bottles and pads?

We understand how frustrating it can be when your Swiffer PowerMop stops working, Debbie. Our products are designed with the utmost care and undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect working condition. We're here to help you troubleshoot the issue. Here are a few suggestions we'd like you to try:

* Double-check to make sure all the pieces of the pole have snapped together properly during assembly
* Check the solution bottle to make sure it's clicked into place and is not empty. If it's empty, replace it. Ensure the arrow printed on the bottle label is against the pole or that the narrow side of the bottle is against the pole.
* Replace the batteries by inserting fresh AA alkaline batteries in the battery compartment. Please make sure the batteries are brand new and that they all come from the same package. Do not use a mix of old & new batteries, as insufficient power will result in only one nozzle working.
* The nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently may help them to start spraying.

Fundamentally flawed

Worked out of the box with no problem. I let it sit for a few months (don’t live in this house permanently) and when I tried using it again: nothing. Motor not even trying. Tried three sets of batteries, check the connections, nothing. Just dead. AFTER ONE USE! Reading the other reviews, I’m not the only one. Looks like there is a fundamental flaw in this product P&G: do something about it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My hopes were quickly dashed with this "mop."

I should have paid attention to the reviews. Purchased this mop and had very high hopes for it but my hopes were quickly dashed. First, the mop is kind of flimsy and the battery pack is kind of pointless. There is no power, only a hum when it squirts the water. You also have to exert a lot of muscle to get the floor cleaned. Using the word "power" deceives a customer because it is not at all powerful. The pads do not stick easily. Should have stayed with the spin mop

To get the best results, we suggest making sure that you sweep or vacuum your floors first before using our PowerMop to mop. For tougher messes, we recommend spraying some solution on the spot and let it sit for a few seconds before mopping it up.
