Love the product while it worked. In two months it just stopped we changed the batteries and see if they was any clogs but nothing it doesn’t even make the noise when you press the button to spray it.

Stopped working after one use

I really was excited about the new pads. Used once and now won’t work! Even traded out batteries twice and still nothing, doesn’t make any noise now.

In your effort to keep people from using it a second time, you made it so flimsy! The plastic scraps the floor & the pad falls off. God forbid we try to refill the bottle, you made it impossible. This actually makes me think you maybe one of the top polluting companies!

We’re sorry your PowerMop stopped working. Our products go through many quality checks, and are designed to be durable. This isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we have some troubleshooting tips for this. If you cannot hear the motor running when pressing the dispenser button, you may need to replace the batteries with fresh AA alkaline batteries. You should hear a click when closing the battery compartment. If the motor runs, but the mop isn't spraying, double-check that all the pieces of the mop have snapped together properly during assembly. Next, check that the solution bottle is not empty, and inserted properly into place. Also, sometimes the spray nozzles can become clogged. Brushing them gently with your fingertip should dislodge any built up residue. If you need further assistance, please get in touch with our Swiffer Team, so we can further assist you. Fresh AA alkaline batteries may get you back up and running. Change them, make sure they’re both brand new, from the same package, and that the battery compartment clicks into place. Not worth the money.

So excited to try this mop but ended up very dissatisfied. The handle came off showed the wire hanging between stick every time I mop the floor. I have to stop and put them back together every time it came off which is very annoying!
