The mop attachment doesn't even stick to the device and when you're able to push the mop on the floor with pressure the paper blocks the nozzles.

It might help to know that only Swiffer brand PowerMop pads will fit properly on the PowerMop device, so make sure you're using the accurate refills. Power perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This swifter power mop is exactly what I was hoping for. It is easy to assemble and to insert the batteries. The mop itself is light weight but cleans heavy duty messes like no other. I love the easy button release to spray floor cleaner ahead of the mop. You even have the ability to saturate and then clean for deeper grime penetration. The mop heads are super easy to replace and dispose of. I can do it all one handed, which is all I have most the time. With 4 animals and two kids the swifter power mop has saved me more times than I can count.

Awesome, quick cleaning system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have 4 dogs, yes I said 4. They have a dog door into the back yard so you can imagine my floors are perpetually dirty! I had been using a steam mop with the washable pad but it seriously got so dirty I hated to touch it and hated to put it in the washer with anything else! So, as you can imagine, this Swiffer system is a nice option as I can just throw away the mess! The solution works great and isn't too smelly (from someone who is pretty fragrance sensitive) and dries quickly. Even though it says it's safe for pets, I still look the 4 offenders outside until the floors are completely dry, but I haven't noticed them licking the floors after, which is a good sign that it's not appealing to them. Anyway, nice system for quick clean ups.

No good

So disappointed. I purchased this mop tonight and once I started to use it, the spray just continually sprayed. Have to take batteries off to stop it. Wasted almost the entire bottle of cleaner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Used a full bottle of the wood floor cleaner with no issues. I tried to insert the 2nd bottle of wood cleaner, the bottle won't click into place!

We're sorry to hear that you're having this experience, Debi. We can assure you that our products go through many quality checks to ensure that you can use them with ease. We suggest checking the silicone cap of the bottle. If the cap is bulging, follow these troubleshooting steps:
-unscrew/rotate the cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. -tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. -If no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. -If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. QUICK, EASY, & EFFECTIVE

I mopped 1 week ago, swept before using, and the swiffer power mop still picked up and cleaned so much dirt & grime off my floors. I have 2 kids & 1 dog so the floors get dirty quickly. I struggle with depression so its not easy to always pull out a mop & bucket. I bought the swiffer power mop and within 5 minutes my living room floors were spotless. Best part was my back wasn't hurting and I wasn't sweating like I normally would.

Never used Swiffer before, but today I purchased this product and had really high hopes, after assembly only one side of the spray nozzle worked.
