The idea is great...but the cleaning solution won't stay snapped in place! I have to push it back down every time I need to squirter solution out..and it immediately pops right back up...dont waste your money like I did.

Although this is not something we would expect, the vent valve may have stopped working on the device. The valve lets air enter the bottle while the liquid is being dosed. If the valve stops working, the lack of air entering the bottle could lead to the bottle collapsing. Was good at first but not long term

Bought 2 weeks ago and already broke!!!! Do not buy. It breaks at the handle where it clicks in and have to keep trying to get the cord in. Not worth the money. What a waste!!!!!

I’m so disappointed with this Swiffer power mop I thought I was getting a great product seems easy to use but unfortunately I used just twice and now isn’t working anymore very upset

Good bye mop and bucket! the Swiffer power mop exceeded all my expectations. very easy to assemble and it cleans the floor better than the Wet Jet or the original wet Swiffer. The cleaning pad makes the difference. My vinyl floor has never been this clean and it has a nice scent too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was so excited to get this mop and use it. It came today and the cleaning solution bottle will not lock into place. Upon reading more reviews it seems that this is a very common problem.

To help with this issue, check if the silicone cap on your solution bottle is bulging out at all. If it is, loosen the cap, and tilt the bottle for a few moments to check for leakage. If the bottle doesn't leak, try inserting the solution. If the bottle does leak, try to re-tighten the cap and then insert.
