I absolutely love this Gem. It is definitely the biggest game changer for me. I love the fact that you can use it for hardwood or vinyl and even marble. With its different selection of spray formula tailored to fit your needs just like the cleaning pads are it easy to use and lightweight which is a huge plus for me. Really no maintence at all your hands aren't in nasty water, it uses a whole 2 batteries that will last forever and the starter kit was surprisingly a sweet 30 bucks. Definitely one of my proudest purchases

Garbage, the pad does not stick to the mop, the solution is expensive. I'll just use water and go on my knees to clean. I don't recognise product it's not good.

Not worth the cost

My Swiffer Power mop handle broke after the first use, so every time I use the handle, it separates, making for a frustrating experience. The button that is supposed to keep the handle attached keeps coming apart. I would not recommend for the cost.

Handle does not stay connected

It's a great mop except for one flaw that destroys the whole thing. You have to assemble the handle. Ever since day one my handle does not stay together. So I'm left leaning over holding both parts together every time I mop. Otherwise I would love this mop.

It was amazing until I couldn’t use it

I loved my power mop but my battery compartment came off so easily and they don’t make them separate battery compartment so even after I just bought two bottles of the refill solution I can’t use it!

Could be perfect but has one major common flaw

I love how convenient and easy it is to use but that battery pack is a problem. If I look at it wrong, it falls out. Now it's missing. I bought the mop for my father with dementia to help keep his place clean. One of his aides must've looked at it the wrong way this time and now it's nowhere to be found. I'm stuck with a power mop that has no way to power it and I can't find a replacement piece anywhere. This is so frustrating. I think I'm going back to spin mops. At least they don't fall apart randomly.

What you've described is not something we would expect, and we’d love to share some helpful tips to get you Swiffering.
We’re sure you’ve done this, but please use brand-new AA alkaline batteries and double-check that the batteries are all inserted the right way. The battery compartment should click into place when attaching it back to the mop. Also, check that all the pieces of the pole have snapped together properly during assembly.
Please be sure the thin piece of cardboard packing is removed from the solution bottle housing. The solution bottle should also be clicked into place and should not be empty. If it’s empty, please replace the solution bottle. Only use PowerMop solution with the device. Do not open the PowerMop bottle and refill it with other solutions. This could permanently damage the device and cause it to stop working.
Your Swiffer PowerMop may also need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button. If the nozzles are clogged, brushing them gently might help them start spraying.
When attaching the mop pad, that the printed side is facing the mop head and the white and purple strips should face the floor.
