Not working

It worked good with the original bottle of cleaner. However, after purchasing a new bottle of cleaner, it quit working. I have changed the batteries and cleaned the spray nozzles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The handle doesn’t stay connected with the mop

My mop broke two months after I bought it. The handle doesn’t stay connected where it clips together. Every time I use it, it comes apart. Very frustrating and annoying

Swiffering your floor worries away is our top priority, so having your PowerMop come apart is very unusual, and we're sorry. If you aren't doing so already, you need to twist the poles together until they lock into place. You may have to push hard to connect the poles. Very poor design

Love the idea - really bad design - the button that keeps the top half of the mop connected just doesn't - the top half of the handle falls off constantly. Didn't even get through one bottle of the cleaning liquid before it fell apart - serious quality control issues with manufacturing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's a great product when it works

The product actually performed exactly as advertised until last week when it stopped working. My husband searched online for advice on how to discover and hopefully fix the problem. However nothing he tried worked. I finally had to give in and buy a mop.
I'm very disappointed because I am 75 years old and partially disabled so the power mop made it possible for me to clean my floors independently.

If you haven't already, please replace the batteries with fresh AA ones, and make sure that the solution bottle is fully inserted. works great till it don’t

Need floor to look shinny

It stopped working after 3 months 😢

I am so disappointed. I love this mop till it stops working. The sprayer doesn’t work. I even replaced the battery. I don’t know what else to do. I tried everything. The muffin is only three months old.!

Stopped working. Nothing. Kaput!

As every other Swiffer mop I have purchased, this one quit working after using only one bottle of cleaner. When you press the power button...Nothing. Checked batteries and replaced with fresh. Checked nozzles but they are clean. I thought maybe this PowerMop would perform better than other Swiffer wet mops that I've had to throw away. As a seriously low fixed-income, disabled senior, this was a splurge purchase. Now, again, all I have is trash dump material. So disappointed. Can't file warranty because I don't have original UPC or receipt.
