Tried 2 sets of batteries and the mop still wouldn't work. Used manually with homemade solution and the product is foe shorter people as I am 6'1" and had to bend over pretty far to use it. The handle should be adjustable for taller users and made more sturdy because it feels flimsy when you apply pressure while cleaning. I can't recommend this product to anyone nor will I be replacing this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disppointing

This was very disappointing. I have a very small kitchen and two very very small bathrooms. I swept the floors with a broom then used the power mop. After I used the power mop, I had to go back with a wet rag to pick up what the mop left behind.

Product is junk. Broke after 5 uses

Junk. Waste of money. Used it 5 times and the sprayer doesn't work. Checked the nozzles, changed the batteries, put a new cartridge in it and still doesn't work. Your better off buying an actual mop and use soap and water

Missing piece. Cannot use the mop.

This product what i want but did not work.

i bought this mop and used maybe four times now my mop wont even work. When I push the purple button it does not make any noise or release the cleaner. I even changed the batteries to see if that would help and it did not. I really liked this mop when it worked for the few days it did.

We do not recommend using it on unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden floors, non-sealed tiles, or carpets. If your floor is brand new, it may have a special coating to protect it during shipping, and this can cause stickiness. Second swiffer & just like the first one it quit spraying. It is not clogged & batteries are new. Worked great the first few times using it then it stops spraying.
