Not as shown on tv!

Not what I thought it was at all! On tv the mop head part looks way better and thicker, when I got it, it's just little string like things hanging off the pad and the pad is only as thick as a regular Swiffer pad. I def can't clean my whole house with it correctly, it's just good for spot cleaning

Need help on changing battery

The product works well until the battery runs down. No instructions on changing the battery.

bought this product to do quick clean up after my puppy. Worked great with the first bottle. When we tried to change a new bottle. Would NOT seat in. Just a piece of junk! Forcing you to buy a new mop for every bottle you use.d

It may help to know that if it’s happening with the 500 ml (16.9 fl oz) bottle you’ll see an arrow printed on the solution bottle should be against the pole, rotate the bottle and insert it with the arrow away from the pole. I wish I read the reviews before investing in this product. I used it once and it won't work again. Changed batteries, reset cleaner. Nothing. Very disappointed in the quality of the product.

Because our Quality Team works so hard, making sure all PowerMops will work as expected, we're confident we can help fix this issue to your satisfaction. We suggest you start with replacing your AA batteries, which are currently inside the battery compartment. When changing the batteries, make sure you replace them with fresh AA alkaline batteries which are inserted correctly. Don't mix old & new batteries or use rechargeable ones, as insufficient power will cause impaired performance issues. Also, be sure that the battery compartment is inserted correctly. We want to help as best we can, and encourage you to call us any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 214-8734.

Terrible product!

Product is terrible. I thought maybe it would jiggle to help with scrubbing. Why is it called a power mop? My old Swiffer sprayer worked better but unfortunately I threw it out when I bought this one. Stopped working before the first bottle of spray was finished. Very very disappointed. Don’t but it! Waste of money!

Not worth all the money. Pads need to be redesign
