BRAND NEW & DEFECTIVE

Used it twice and it doesn't power on now. I got a defective one and I threw away my receipt so I doubt that Swiffer will replace it.

If you haven't already, we recommend replacing the batteries with fresh ones that all come from the same pack. As well, check to see that the solution bottle is fully inserted, and try gently brushing the nozzles to help loosen any clogs that may have formed. We hope that these tips do the trick. Power stopped working after 2 weeks

I purchased the PowerMop 2 weeks ago and actually love using it but just yesterday the power stopped working. I have swapped out the batteries, cleaned the nozzle, and replaced with a full bottle of cleaner but none of this has helped. It is now useless. Can you help me get a replacement??

love it wasting money on bottles that do not fit

the mob handle on my old swiffer broke after many years so I bought the multi surface swiffer mob. that was 8 weeks ago. On the 3rd bottle replacement the bottle would not lock in. I replaced the batteries but it still would not lock in. That bottle was for the kitchen floor . When I tried the bottle for the wood floor it clicked in place. So it was the multi surface bottle that did not work.I have been stuffing a rag on the top of the bottle to push it down into place .

Missing battery piece

No battery compartment came in my box and it’s ridiculous that i can’t even order one online! I see in other reviews that other people are missing them as well. I can’t use should’ve saved my money and bought a regular mop. :/

Power Mop, more like Regular Old Mop

"Power Mop" is overselling. What is the point of the batteries if it only dispenses the solution? I can do that manually with a trigger for less effort. Also no where did it specify that the solution containers were single use...in this environment? One bottle will barely do a single go around my house. The package also states that the scent will last about 2 hours after initial use, also false. The scent was pleasant but only for about 15 to 20 minutes, definitely not a half hour let alone 2 hours.
The mop itself has a decent weight.
Overall it has about the same use and cleaning power as the older gen Swiffer. Not worth the extra cash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I Expected

Not what I expected. On TV it looks like a good mop Well to my surprise it is just a bunch of paper like fingers that mat once wet. I have the old swiffer & it has a rough strip on it that I think does a better job This new mop needs improvement Also not everyone likes scented soap. I prefer unscented if possible I will use my old one then may go over with paper mop 😀
