I wish I read the reviews before investing in this product. I used it once and it won't work again. Changed batteries, reset cleaner. Nothing. Very disappointed in the quality of the product.

Because our Quality Team works so hard, making sure all PowerMops will work as expected, we're confident we can help fix this issue to your satisfaction. We suggest you start with replacing your AA batteries, which are currently inside the battery compartment. When changing the batteries, make sure you replace them with fresh AA alkaline batteries which are inserted correctly. Don't mix old & new batteries or use rechargeable ones, as insufficient power will cause impaired performance issues. Also, be sure that the battery compartment is inserted correctly. We want to help as best we can, and encourage you to call us any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 214-8734.

Terrible product!

Product is terrible. I thought maybe it would jiggle to help with scrubbing. Why is it called a power mop? My old Swiffer sprayer worked better but unfortunately I threw it out when I bought this one. Stopped working before the first bottle of spray was finished. Very very disappointed. Don’t but it! Waste of money!

Pads WILL NOT stick to the bottom of the mop! This is the biggest waste of money. Now I will return. Never again

Missed the mark

Tried 2 sets of batteries and the mop still wouldn't work. Used manually with homemade solution and the product is foe shorter people as I am 6'1" and had to bend over pretty far to use it. The handle should be adjustable for taller users and made more sturdy because it feels flimsy when you apply pressure while cleaning. I can't recommend this product to anyone nor will I be replacing this one.

Disppointing

This was very disappointing. I have a very small kitchen and two very very small bathrooms. I swept the floors with a broom then used the power mop. After I used the power mop, I had to go back with a wet rag to pick up what the mop left behind.

Product is junk. Broke after 5 uses

Junk. Waste of money. Used it 5 times and the sprayer doesn't work. Checked the nozzles, changed the batteries, put a new cartridge in it and still doesn't work. Your better off buying an actual mop and use soap and water
