Love this product! I wouldgive it 5 stars but the quality is lacking. Because I like it so much I duct taped all the pieces together from the handle down and I have to tape the solution bottle into place too because it keeps falling out. But otherwise it's great.

We'd be happy to see how we can best help. To ensure that the pole is fully assembled, make sure to line the poles up and snap them together by matching the buttons on the poles. Then, slide the assembled pole into the base of the mop head and push it in until it clicks. As for the solution bottle, make sure that the piece of cardboard in the solution bottle has been removed in order to ensure that it can be properly inserted. Great Product! Suggest offering another item to "gently scrub" a spot on the floor. Nothing harsh, just enough roughness to scrub dried substance on a tile floor.

I bought this mistakenly thinking it would continue vibrating while cleaning, but it only vibrates as it's spraying. If you sprayed the entire time while you mopped you would A) waste the overpriced solution and B) have sopping wet floors. I could've bought a normal spray mop for what this thing is worth. Research before buying and make sure it's from a store you can return it to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quit working nolonger has power

Seemed like a decent mop but after 2weeks it no longer works. Changing the bateries did not help. I wonder if there is a lost conection to the moter or a short due to leaky cleaning fluid. Im tempted to take it apart and look myself not like i can do anything else with a dead power mop.
