Where's the Power?

I inserted the batteries and all they seem to do is operate the mechanism for squirting the liquid onto the floor. Am I doing something wrong? Where's the Power?

Poorly put together, refuses to work most of time

Loved this mop at first .
Had it for a while . But it stopped working. Now the cleaning solution bottle won’t snap into place. Useless now.

Much improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So apparently Swiffer has been listening to ita customers because baby this one works so much better than before. I use to use this strictly to clean during the day before mopping the floor with a traditional mop at night. Now with the new mop heads and improved solution, this works as well as my traditional mop and is saving this momma of three from having to mop at night. I put this mop in the corner during the day and use it all throughout the day then again at night. No more mop and bucket. No more carrying dirty water. It sweeps and mops essentially in one step. Of course you have to pick up larger items but this is great. Highly recommend for daycare providers too!

Waste of mover

I have bought 2 of these and both have messed up. The bottle won't latch in the mop. This mop cleans really well but the mop design sucks. Won't buy another. Waste of money.

When it work was good but didn't last long

We have bought two power mops and after using a couple bottles of product the sprayer has stopped working. Has been less than expectable!
Lights work and nozzles not plugged??

DOES NOT WORK

BOUGHT A NEW SWIFFER POWERMOP AND IT STOPPED SPRAYING AFTER 2 WEEKS CHANGED OUT THE BATTERIES CLEANED OUT THE SPRAY NOZZLES AND EVEN WENT AND BOUGHT A NEW LIQUID CLEANER NOTHING WORKED ENDED THROWING OUT. REACHED OUT TO SWIFFER AND WAS TOLD SORRY!
