Good concept, but unreliable quality

It was perfect for about 7 or 8 months and now the handle keeps falling apart like the pin is broken. If they fix that it would be 5 stars if nothing else changes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy and works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try this product! It was super easy to assemble and also came with batteries so I could use it immediately. The cleaner it comes with smells so good and works just as good! I had mopped not long before using this mop and the pad was so brown after. I highly recommend

A waste of my money

The swiffer pad that has all the little fingers once they get wet they go flat. They don’t clean in between tile floors on the grout. They just smear your dirt all over your floor…. I threw mine in the trash, hated it.

2. Replace the pad if it becomes saturated or worn during cleaning.

Love this mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swiffer makes some products I love and this powermop will now be added to my regular clearing products. It’s lightweight and easy to store and pull out for a quick clean. While I don’t think it will replace a regular mop for me, I do think it’s great for some quick cleaning during the week.

Instructions missing important step

You need to add an important step to assembly! There is a wire hanging out of the bottom pole when you attach the handle to the pole with the foam rubber grip. I had no idea what to do with this. There did not seem to be any clicking pieces inside the white plastic part where you put the cleaner. I had to look it up. You have to tuck the wire into the upper pole and push down hard on the pole into the white part. Please redo your instructions on the packaging to include this very important step, or put more specific steps on an insert in the box.

Won’t work

Mine won’t work. I followed the directions but when I push the button nothing comes out. I put in fresh batteries but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. What else could it be?

Hey there! We are sorry to hear your Swiffer sprayer is acting up. Since you have changed the batteries already, try gently brushing the nozzles to clear any clogs. Also, hold the spray button for a few seconds to prime it, and you might need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while spraying. Make sure the bottle is clicked in properly with the narrow side against the pole. If it still does not work, it might be a quality issue, and we will share your experience with our Quality Assurance Team. Love to use swiffer power mop if it works. worked fine hung it up and went to use it and no power. batteries fully charged and still nothing. Use a kit if fix it ideas to no avail. This is why the low rating
