Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mop. It is really easy to use. I like not having a bucket to lug around. The pads really seem to hold onto the dirt and leave the surface of my floors clean. I have two dogs, and their paws are constantly dirty, and this makes it a lot easier to clean up after them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 6 year old because she loves to help me with chores, and my regular mop was just too much for her. But this Swiffer is perfect for young helpers! She can replace the pad by herself and needs minimal help changing out the cleaner canister. She loves feeling like a big kid doing big kid chores. And I’ll take all the help I can get.

Wider mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new swiffer is amazing. The wider mop and better spray options with the new smells is great. I need it a lot having a husky. Picks up a lot of the hair in one sweep and holds it on the disposable pads.

Not for me, I have to replace the pad after every wash ( cost prohibitive) and I don’t love the scent of the cleaner. Would like to return but I can’t get the handle apart to fit in the box. Very disappointing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bottle lock issue

Had the old wet jet for many years loved it .never any issues . Bought the new one loved it also till I just bought a new bottle of cleaner and it won’t lock into place . Tried everything and it won’t lock . Have to hold it down, it wastes a lot of cleaner, very inconvenient. What a shame it’s a good design .

Great mop despite poor materials.

Love this product! I wouldgive it 5 stars but the quality is lacking. Because I like it so much I duct taped all the pieces together from the handle down and I have to tape the solution bottle into place too because it keeps falling out. But otherwise it's great.

We'd be happy to see how we can best help. To ensure that the pole is fully assembled, make sure to line the poles up and snap them together by matching the buttons on the poles. Then, slide the assembled pole into the base of the mop head and push it in until it clicks. As for the solution bottle, make sure that the piece of cardboard in the solution bottle has been removed in order to ensure that it can be properly inserted. Great Product

Great Product! Suggest offering another item to "gently scrub" a spot on the floor. Nothing harsh, just enough roughness to scrub dried substance on a tile floor.
