I bought this power mop and I love it but I'll send it quit working I haven't even used it but maybe three or four times I cannot figure it out I've changed the batteries I have fluid I've checked the sprayer heads but there's no humming like they're normally is when you shoot the solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. So impressed the Swiffer Power mop kit does include everything you need to start cleaning your homes floors. You will be impressed from the moment you put it together. Very well made. The mop handle is comfortable and fits well in your hand. The maneuverability is impressive works so smoothly and great when using the mop head. It gets in all the right places. The cleaning pads are super impressive with the added cleaning strips , it attaches well and stays on. The cleaning solution does a fantastic job on different floor services and is streak free. I cannot say enough good things about everything including in the kit. Loved the fresh clean left after using solution. I am 60 yrs old and this is the best and easiest system I have used. My new favorite.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was in the middle of mopping my floor when it stopped working. I put in new batteries, it didn't work, the jug is full and inserted correctly. I was looking forward to using the power. Now I'm just disappointed and should not have to buy another one because the one I've got is only three months old.

If you cannot hear the motor of the device when using it, make sure that it has new batteries and that they're inserted the correct way. If you can hear the motor but it still isn't spraying, the nozzles could be clogged. Brushing them gently might help them to start spraying. Worked great, until it stopped working
