Stopped spraying

Worked good for awhile then stopped spraying just drizzled out. I have changed the batteries and still same thing. How can I fix the problem?

Hello Kat! I'm sorry to hear that your Swiffer PowerMop has stopped spraying properly. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:
1. Check the Solution Bottle: Ensure that the solution bottle is securely clicked into place and not empty. If it is empty, replace it with a new one.
2. Priming the Mop: Your Swiffer PowerMop may need to be primed. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzles. You might also need to gently squeeze the solution bottle while pressing the spray button.
3. Clogged Nozzles: The nozzles could be clogged. Try gently brushing them to help them start spraying again.
4. Assembly Check: Double-check that all pieces of the pole have snapped together properly during assembly.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please give us a call at (800) 742-9220, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Great set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop set is amazing. It’s very easy to use and convenient for fast cleans-ups. The solution smells amazing and works on multi surfaces which comes in handy since I have both wood and tile floors and now feel as I do not need multiple mopping sessions to clean. It leaves the floors looking fresh, spotless, and smelling great. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is seriously the best mop ever. The best thing for me is the convenience of not having to pull out a mop and bucket for a daily clean. I just pull this out and it is ready to go. The mop pads are amazing as well. I definitely recommend

It was very easy to put together. The pad is big and cleans a large area with one swipe. I would definitely recommend buying this product for your home.

All jokes aside, it was easy to assemble and it does a great job on my kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. It's great foe vinyl and hardwood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mop, and it works amazingly on my tile, hardwoods, and back patio. It picks everything up, and makes mopping an absolute breeze. The solutions that I have are fresh scent and lavender, and they smell amazing when I am all done as well. The whole house smells super clean for days.

It was easy to put together and we were mopping the floors in no time. We have laminate floors throughout the house. It cleans perfectly and doesn’t leave streak marks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed with the larger mop head size, it covers alot more surface area. The sprayer no longer makes a noise, I'm not sure if I like that yet, I'm just so used to it making that humm when you push the button. I enjoy the slimmed down design of the mop and cleaner. And I always appreciate an all in one, ready to use kit. The fresh scent cleaner smells good and freshens the whole house nicely without being too overpowering. It cleaned pretty nicely, getting all the dirt up but leaving some residue behind. The mop pads were an improvement but not perfect. They gathered dirt pretty well and had some scrub to them but you have to saturate the floors to get them to spread it evenly without leaving stripes of wet and dry. I wish the cloth strips had more movement, I feel like they would do an even better job cleaning if they did. This Swiffer power mop does make a really handy, quick mop and freshen option.
