Handle always breaks.

The handles always seem to be a problem for me. I’m on my second swiffer because of the handle detaching.

There's nothing more important to us than ensuring our PowerMops reach you in perfect condition, so having the handle detach isn't something we expect once, let alone twice. If you have not done so already, twist the poles together until they lock into place. You may have to push hard to connect the poles. We'd like to see if this helps. Please call us at (800) 742-9220.

The PowerMop does not work.

What a disappointment! I was so excited to try the new PowerMop and it worked great the first time I used it. The second time I used it, the sprayer quit working. When I hold the mop up (upside down) the solution leaks out and drips down the handle. I have wasted more of the solution than I've used.

Waste of money

Not worth the money!! I used it first time and there is to much soap or something in the sooner they give you. It left streaks all over my floors. So I bought a second bottle just to see if it was better and now it won't stay in so that it sprays. I'll finish what I have and then throw them off away. Total waste of my money.

We're sorry to hear that this has been your experience, as we have many quality checks in place to ensure that you can get the best possible results with our PowerMop. For the streaks, we recommend making sure that no other cleaning products have been used on your floors recently. If the silicone cap on the bottle is bulging, we suggest taking these steps: -attempt to unscrew/rotate the purple cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. -After this step, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. -If no leakage, insert the bottle into the device. -If there is leakage, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Pad doesn't stay on mop. Mop spray is not good at all.

We're sorry to hear this, and want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure you get the best. If the PowerMop has never dispensed, it may need priming. Hold the button on the handle for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzle; you may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button. We also recommend to try fresh batteries as well as making sure the battery door is closed all the way until it clicks. Make sure not to remove anything from the pad, and attach the printed side onto the bottom of mop head using firm pressure. The white and purple strips should be facing the floor. Ok, but needs more thought into replacing parts.

I like how it turns, but if you misplaced the battery pack you cannot just order it. I have looked on EVERY site that I can think of to find a replacement but have to just buy another mop. Can't do it. Will try to find something comparable.

Missing parts on brand new purchase

Looks like it might be a useful product - but I bought it brand new in an undamaged, unopened package - and it was missing the battery pack on the back. So it’s completely unusable.

Horrible!!!! Stop work for no reason!!!

If he’s none I would give!!! In less the 2 months I purchased 2 of this mop for floor and both them stop worked!! Money waisted!!! We change batteries, try open to see if anything was desconect and nothing worked!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

When placing theses pads on your Power Mop, be sure that the printed side is facing the mop head and the white and purple strips are facing the floor.
