Mop pads aren't the best!

Not liking the mop part...all those little pieces don't do anything. I like the size of the mop but it's also heavy to use.

Awful product

Very disappointing. I thought the inclusion of the batteries would mean better cleaning power, maybe vibrations for extra dirt removal or something, but it’s just for the nozzles to shoot out spray. There’s literally no difference between this and any of the stick mop models I’ve had previously, you can’t even adjust the length of the handle.
The only thing I was happy with is the mopping solution, but I didn't realize that you had to keep buying the single use bottles. There’s no concentrates or ability to refill the bottle which means a TON of unnecessary waste going to landfills. And that’s without mentioning the single use, very thin “pads” that don’t pick up any more than any other pad I’ve used before.
I used a coupon for this purchase and still regret buying it. There’s zero innovation or reason to get this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product was nice when it worked.

i bought this mop and used maybe four times now my mop wont even work. When I push the purple button it does not make any noise or release the cleaner. I even changed the batteries to see if that would help and it did not. I have sent an email and never heard anything back. I really liked this mop when it worked for the few days it did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best Swifter yet. I have osteoarthritis and it is so light and easy to use. It cleans even better than the an electric mop that I have.

Product is not what I thought I was buying.

Swifter power mop does not come with batteries. I have checked 3 boxes. I had to purchase my own. Do not buy unless you get a credit for no batteries.

Our Quality Team is always on watch, ensuring that every Kit is completed before it heads to your local store, so learning that you've found three kits without batteries isn't expected. We're wondering if you didn't realize they were inside the compartment, so you didn't look inside of it. It mops well and is really nice in my bathroom. The pad picked up all the hair and toilet paper lint off the floors instead of it getting down in the grout as with the original one. My only problem is that the stupid bottle of solution won’t stay down so it won’t Staley or it falls out onto the floor! It’s so frustrating. I have to pay really close attention to whether or not the liquid is coming out so I know if I need to adjust the bottle, again. Fix that, Swiffer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for reaching out to Swiffer and sharing your experience with your recently purchased PowerMop. If you’ve removed the piece of corrugated cardboard that's positioned under the Cleaning Solution bottle, your bottle should fit into the machine nicely. While you’re looking to see if that cardboard’s gone, check the silicone cap on the bottle. If you see that it’s bulging, unscrew/rotate the purple cap counterclockwise by 180 degrees or half a rotation. After doing that, tilt the bottle on its side for 2-3 seconds to check for liquid leakage. If you don’t see a leak, reinsert the bottle. If you do see a leak, move the bottle upright, screw back on 180 degrees or rotate clockwise to reclose. Retry the insertion into the device. Give us an update if this helped. much worse than the Swiffer wet. i regret upgrading. the bars locking mechanisms are terrible. the grip slides all over the place.
