The kids like BIC Velocity, and so does Mom!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kids have enjoyed using the new BIC Velocity pencils. They write smoother and darker than other pencils and the lead seems stronger.Due to my own eye problems, I like that they write darker, as it is much easier for me to check homework! Our son recently wrote an article on why he believes in standing for the National Anthem , and I read it easily, without straining my eyes! . The kids say the erasers work well, and they like the bright colors of the barrels. My son says it is easier to write with than a regular pencil because of the shape.

Smooth writing mechanical pencil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not like the old mechanical pencils we all know. These new BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are super comfortable to hold and write very smoothly. My biggest complaints about a standard mechanical pencil is the lead can squeak as you are writing and it breaks really easily. The lead in these pencils glide across the paper. Everyone in my family has staked their claim to a pencil and uses them all the time! The design looks like a ball point pen and there is a lot of support for the lead and I haven't had it break as easily as the other designs. Can it break, well sure, it is a thin piece of lead, but the pencil design is awesome! I like that there is a cap over the eraser keeping it nice and inline with the pen design. The extra erasers and lead it comes with is an added bonus. This is by far my favorite mechanical pencil!

I loved them and Daughter thought they were pretty good! I liked the feel of the pencil, where as she thought the were a bit to narrow for her grip! all in all! 9 out of 10

The excitement is out of control!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids can't put these pencils down! They love how easy they are to use and how smooth it is to write with especially how easy it is to erase. They brought a bunch of them with them to school and so many of their friends ask them about that and I have already had a few phone calls from friends asking me all about these pencils!!

Smooth, effortless writing

They offer smooth, effortless pencil writing. Hands-down the best mechanical pencil they've used! These will be held onto very carefully. They love them!
