I am shocked at just how good they feel in your hand. You don't get a soft grip with regular pencils. Also you never have to run to the sharpener.. a big bonus! They lead is super strong, with a smooth, dark line, they are great for standardized test. Mechanical pencils are easy to carry in a bag, you don't have to worry about the sharp point breaking or poking, like with a traditional pencil. With a money saving bonus of extra leads and erasers. I am happy to have #GotItFree from #BzzAgent. I love my #BicVelocity Mechanical pencils. I have been sharing coupons and my love for my new favorite pencil from the number 1 mechanical pencil maker in the USA!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a son in his last year of junior high and he prefers mechanical pencils than a regular #2 pencil. He usually buy his pencils from school but we had the chance to try out the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils and he loves them. They don't hurt his fingers from continual use because of the grip they have on them. They're a bit larger than his usual ones so they're less likely to get lost. It doesn't leave any eraser film when he uses the eraser. All in all they are awesome and he likes the colors as well.
