BIC Velocity Pencils are a cut above the rest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BIC hit their mark for the ease of writing ability with the Velocity pencils. I found the writing was very dark compared to the other mechanical pencils I've tried. This is a very good thing! No more pressing so hard that I have to break lead often! The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the eraser is still the same quality as a typical mechanical pencil. Overall, I would say it's one of the best mechanical pencils in the market.

My daughter is using them for school (Jr high) and is loving them. The colors are pretty and there is no need for her to her to get up and sharpen her pencil. They also last a really long time. Definitely will be buying more of them.

The colors are bright and cheerful while providing smooth writing that is easy and quick to erase with the most durable eraser ever! It also comes with a refillable tube that includes 12 leads and 5 erasers. This is one of the best new mechanical pencils we've ever tried, and we tried it free!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils are great,I love that it writes smoothly and you don't have to worry about the lead breaking like I've experienced with other brands of pencils and the lead that comes with them.The eraser on them erases cleanly and doesn't leave any bits of eraser behind.I definitely sent my daughter to school with a pack of them.Also researching the price they are definitely worth the low price.

Just pick one up and use it - no sharpening necessary. Also, the lead gives a smooth, bold look to the writings. Not only does it give a great look on the paper, but it is easy to erase and start again. My daughter loves using these pencils in high school. She especially loves the various color choices! I would definitely recommend BIC!
