[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pencils are really great! The different bright colors are nice. They write nice and smooth. No smudging and when erasing it clears it all up. Almost can't tell that you had erased. The pencils are a nice size and girth. It makes it easy to hold and don't feel like your hands will slip. The extra pack of lead is nice. Overall my kids and I love them. We will definitely be buying more!

When I used these they seem to be sturdier then the previous ones we have used in the past. Knowing they won't snap or shatter is good. My daughter wanted to take some of these to school instead of the usual ones we get for her so we are glad we got to test these out.

They're not like the mechanical pencils I remember using in school as a child, where the leads would break constantly, and they were hard to erase. And they were expensive! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised (first of all) to receive two packs of Bic Verocity pens, and even more surprised to see that the packs contained (not one) but 5 pencils along with refills of lead and erasers. It's always nice to get more then what you expect. The pencils (I thought were nicely constructed with a rubber grip for your fingers. A nice feature if you do a lot of writing. The pencils write smoothly, and clean. Reading over the package I also noticed that Bic offers (what they call) a Bic Performance Policy!! That if you are not satisfied with the product you can return it for a full refund (how rare is that now a days). I also liked the color choices (fun). If I found any fault in the pencils, (and this is just a personal thing) I wish the lead was a bit thicker, making it more sturdy. Some people are heavy" handed (me) when it comes to writing. Other then that I enjoy using the pencils very much"
