I immediately noticed the extra lead and thought how I've never had that included with any of the pencil packs we usually purchase for back to school.

The BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils feel good in your hand. They are like butter smooth when you write and you always feel prepared because they are very reliable and stay sharpen. There's no need to carry a sharpener and the bright colors they come in makes it easy to find them inside of any bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils are fun to use, they have beautiful colors, and the eraser works great, of course the lead works great too, I do not use mechanical pencils but this are great, the lead does not break. The kids love them, because of the different colors. I will continue to try them before writing other review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils are great! Smooth writing and a great grip for comfort! I took mine to work and gave the other pack to my dad to try. He likes them too but could do without the colors, which I love!! Oh well, to each their own on that. I highly recommend these for kids and adults alike!! The one small downfall is the eraser smudge was a little more than I would like. Overall, great great product!

The rubber grip is so soft that it make writing long paragraphs painless! My children used these for school and they loved it! One of the things I noticed is that the lead does not break easily. My son always press hard on paper when he write but the lead was tough! The eraser leave lesser marks compare to brands that I had use. I don't have but great things to say about this mechanical pencils. I have used Bic brand for years now and they never seem to disappoint. I received this product for free in exchange for my HONEST review. The opinion expressed in here is my own!

I had to write some math notes and I was able to keep up with the teacher without having to keep on clicking on more lead . Thanks BIC this pencils are awesome I cannot wait to send them to school with my kids

These help keep my kids schoolwork neat and tidy. Easy erasing, easy writing. The only time I buy a traditional pencil now is for SATs for which they are required. These are requested by my 3 children every year and during the year for school.
