[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lead in these last a very long time. Also like that the refills are for the lead and eraser. These have a very nice grip and are very comfortable. Also they are something my teen daughter enjoys using as they come in different colors.

Almost the perfect pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are great! To me they feel like a pen when using it and I love it. The only thing keeping me from a full 5 stars is the eraser is smaller than other BIC mechanical pencils, and the cap on the eraser seems so unnecessary to me and is just something that will get lost easily. The metal tip reminds me of the look of a pen, and it is a little thicker than other mechanical pencils, which makes it easier to hold. It also has a nice grip area and it just feels good in my hand while using it. It is easily refillable so it doesn't have to just get thrown away when the lead is gone. I also haven't had an issue with the lead breaking easily, which can be annoying.

It writes as smooth as it claims. I used these when I am writing and may have to make changes and they erase great. Definitely the pencil that meets my expectations.

They are great for homework times, don't have to worry about having a sharpened pencil. The eraser also works great so that is one less thing to worry about them losing. The colors help make homework time more fun. It's almost rewarding to pick your favorite color.

Ergonomic pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pencil are ergonomics. The yellow one in the photo is a Bic Velocity received free from BuzzAgent, and the green one is the one my son was using last semester (another trade mark). As you can see in the photo, the Velocity has a soft grip that make the writing more easy, causing less fatigue. It also has an eraser cap maintaining the eraser cleaner all the time. The only thing I found is that this pencil is a little more heavier than the other, not too much, but it is.
