When he makes a mistake he no longer throws the drawing out because of eraser marks. He erases his mistakes and keeps it moving. Thank you

The twist-up erasers always twist back down as you erase, the led breaks incredibly easy, and they just didn't look appealing enough for a teenager to want to use them for schoolwork. Until... I tried the BIC Velocity mechanical pencils. My daughter was immediately drawn to the bright colors. No more erasers twisting back down into the barrel as you erase, and led that lasts. We also liked the comfortable, smooth, and brightly colored grip. Anything that is appealing to a teenager, cost-effective, and quality I am for! No more buying pencils and trying out new brands every other week!

I got my Bzzkit a few weeks before back to school so I had to hide the BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils on top of my fridge to keep there little hands off! Jack (My 3rd grader) ripped into his pack so fast pencils went flying. He is such a sweet heart and let me bring the purple one to work! Haidyn (my 6th grader) wasn't giving up any. The fun barrel colors give her a choice in what color pencil she wishes to use. The lead writes smoothly and dark, not requiring hard pressure. The eraser removes all marks not leaving shadows. BIC Velocity mechanical pencils have outdone themselves. Thanks for making my daughter excited for school to start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic Velocity pencils surprise me because I thought that they would be like other mechanical pencils out there. By that I mean poor quality and not long lasting and with lead that breaks easily. But I was wrong because these mechanical pencils are sturdy. The lead does not break so easily and the body of the pencil is of good quality. I also like the soft grip on the barrel and the eraser is awesome. It does not smudge like others do. Definitely bought more for my children. I was also happy to have received coupons with my free samples. I shared the coupons with my friends and I highly recommended these pencils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Think Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils are a great Pencil. They are sturdy pencils that don't feel fragile when using them. I hate when they feel like they will break in half if put some pressure on them when using. The refillable lead and erasers make them a nice long term pencil . Whats the sense of a throw a way mechanical pencil. might as well use a regular pencil then. But these write very smoothly and the lead is in the barrel securely so it hasn't broke off easily.
