The Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencil is awesome. The colors are fun and stylish. I love the extra lead and erasers that come in the packs. The pencil writes so smooth and erases so cleanly. The lead writes smoothly and they work great not just for writing and taking notes, but also for sketching and doodling. They come with erasers and extra leads. BIC Velocity is the perfect mechanical pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many mechanical pencils, and this one by far is the best. I love the rubber grip. It's not too hard or soft- just the perfect grip for smooth comfort. The eraser erases fast and accurate. I see no trace of pencil mark left over when I erase something. I like the .7 lead as it is thicker than the .5 and doesn't break as easy. I also love how the tip retracts in so it's not sticking out ready to stab you and get wounded when you are trying to find it in a purse or bag. Love all the bright colors in this pencil pack and it even includes extra eraser refills and pencil lead.

She's a writer, artist and high school student. She loves all the different colors - she can pick the perfect one for her mood. The pencils write smoothly, erase easily and the lead is always sharp and ready to go. She can focus more on her work and less about her pencil being sharp enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that Bic has came up with the greatest pencils for kids ever!! My kids love to write now and they love the colors and how easy it is to erase a mistake without a sloppy mess. My kids no longer complain that their fingers hurt thanks to the awesome grip. Getting them free was awesome. I am a very pleased mother now that I don't have to argue to get homework writing assignments done. I suggest buying these great pencils instead of anything else. Highly reccomend ASAP!!
