[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So it's been a week since I reluctantly let my sons use the Bic Mechanical Pencils. They really like the way they write (They're not too thrilled about the colors, they do like the blue and orange though). My boys are in 6th & 7th grade so they will be doing a lot of writing. We also like the fact that they gave us extra erasers and lead. We are not perfect so we are always making mistakes so it is a relief to see that there were erasers in there that can be changed.

Super Excited for School

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Back to school shopping is always such a hassle, but my son was SO EXCITED to have these pencils to go back to school with. Not only were they cool looking and work wonderful, but he can avoid the manual sharpener! I guess these things are important! I saved a few of the pencils back for my own use at home and at work. I have to say, I am as equally impressed as he is! The lead does not break as easily as some mechanical pencils, the lead writes dark and the eraser works great! Plus, it feels good in your hand unlike some of the thin ones you buy. As a conservative/budget shopper, I was also very pleased that extra lead and erasers were included. We won't be running out to buy more supplies part way through the year! We will continue to buy this product for sure. Thank you BIC!

You press the eraser down as if it is a pencil-- and then click it again for the lead! The pencil's grip is very comfortable. It is a remarkable pencil to write with-- I highly recommend! I had the amazing opportunity to try these pencils from BzzAgent! I have since purchased a pack for each of my kids to start off the new school year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 15 year old daughter will only use mechanical pencils so the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils was the perfect test product for her! I have had a hard time actually seeing her handwriting with other pencils, but the BIC Velocity had dark lead which was clear to read. The lead did not break easily and the eraser was her favorite part (she said it last forever and doesn't leave eraser marks on the paper). As a whole we liked the BIC Velocity pencils and will keep them on our school supply list.
