Love these pencils!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 children that are in school (6th grade and 1st grade). My older son absolutely loves the Bic Velocity mechanical pencils! He uses only mechanical pencils in school (except for art class) and he said that these are the best he's ever used. They erase very cleanly, write very smoothly, and he likes the fact that the eraser has a cover on it so that it doesn't accumulate any lint in his backpack!! He even started using them at home before school started for the year because they came in the mail. We love them!!

One of the Best Bzz gifts ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having 2 kids in middle school who go through pencils like crazy this is one of the best bzz campaigns I have been in by far. My daughter is so excited and we have been distributing the coupons to her friends like crazy! What a great gift to the parents for back to school shopping. As a bzz agent I explained to my daughter that we had to really try these Mechanical pencils out, spread our experience with them and share our experience with others. She was on board. I work in a profession that I must use a pencil every day. I can not tell you how frustrated it is to pull out a pencil that still has a full eraser to only discover I am just saving it for the eraser...the lead broke so many times that it should be in the trash but I kept it for the eraser. I will be opening one pack for my own personal use. Thank you so much for the awesome gift not only for our family but to share with many families as well. Great timing and great product!

I had purchased some time ago, a big economy size lot of mechanical pencils I could use for school and they drove me nuts! The lead was so thin and weak, they were constantly breaking, and they erased so poorly by just smudging the lead around. These pencils are the opposite. The lead is super strong. I like a nice pointy edge and these pencils hold up great even during long hours of test taking and filling in bubble sheets. they erase great too. And the colors just make me happy! I will definitely purchase these pencils again in the future!

I'm really not big on buying any type of pencils but these ones were great! I gave some to my daughters to try and they love how smoothly they write. And the eraser works great as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are great! The lead is strong but writes very smooth. It doesn't break often which is a huge plus with kids. The eraser works very well and erases all the mistakes without a trace! I loved that the pencils came with extra lead and erasers! My kids split these pencils and took them to school. My only complaint is that everyone in this house hates pink so that one got left at home. My son was talking about getting his very own package but didn't like that there were some girly colors in the package. Overall, great mechanical pencils and we will buy again.

Whether your starting school, working in an office or a stay at home. These pencils write beautifully, and the eraser is phenomenal (it doesn't leave smudge marks). I love that the pencils have caps for the eraser to ensure that they stay clean. I love how it feels in my hands -- very comfortable to write with.

They are cool looking and easy to use. they always ask me to get them some every school year and throughout the year when to replace the ones they lost (ugghh!) but I get them since I know they like they way they write. We have tried others, but these work the best. The lead erases without leaving faded lines of what was written. The lead doesn't break easily, which is great! Would definitely recommend to others!
