I have to split the up evenly between my three girls who all love mechanical pencils and refuse to use anything but them, but how to split 2 packs between 3 girls that is the problem hmmm, I know They will each get their favorite colors. Well now I can't wait to see how they like them, I will let you know more tomorrow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic velocity pencils became popular in my house because my son says that they look more like pens and that makes it more exciting than an ordinary pencil. He loves the fact that the lead is thicker and stronger than other mechanical pencils but it becomes dull pretty quick. The strong lead does erase cleanly which its a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kids have enjoyed using the new BIC Velocity pencils. They write smoother and darker than other pencils and the lead seems stronger.Due to my own eye problems, I like that they write darker, as it is much easier for me to check homework! Our son recently wrote an article on why he believes in standing for the National Anthem , and I read it easily, without straining my eyes! . The kids say the erasers work well, and they like the bright colors of the barrels. My son says it is easier to write with than a regular pencil because of the shape.

She loves they way they right and the pencil is strong. The BIC Velocity is a keeper!

I haven't had it break on me yet. This is why I like these pencils the most. I also like the type of eraser on these pencils. I love these and they come in all different colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the #BICVelocity mechanical pencils! They write very smoothly and the lead doesn't break as easily as with other pencils. I received this product for free from #BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. I received 2 5 packs of pencils and they are absolutely amazing. The leads are very easily replaced, just by pulling up the eraser, they're not wedged in there like the BIC pencils of the past. The grip on the pencil is a rather nice touch, it cushions your fingers so you don't get that indent when writing for long periods of time. I've been a fan of BIC products for as long as I can remember and these are the best pencils they've put out in, well...ever! The colors are bright and vibrant and very pleasing to look at. I would definitely purchase more both for myself and my cousins who are in 9th and 3rd grade. They're great #2 pencils, perfect for test taking and note keeping and just every day use!

Unfortunately she told me after a few days that all her pencils were useless because the lead kept breaking. We went to the store and picked a different set of mechanical pencils and they have worked great.
