[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son used for his school work . Loves how it writes but told me the eraser needs to be improved a little because it smears more then anything. That I can deal with because of how it writes plus trying it for free as a bzzagent. So only one thing we see needs improvement is really a good thing in our books. Keep up the good work

Math friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My middle schooler is in love with mechanical pencils, the biggest issue we have with them is math! The erasing and rewriting repeatedly is just not easy with most mechanical pencils. BIC velocity mechanical pencils erase neatly and write nicely, very important to those of us who have to refigure problems multiple times. He is happy with this brand including spare erasers in the packages too, that was a genius move on BICs part. He doesn't care for pink pencils, so decided he will share the pink ones in the pack with friends when we purchase them again.

Comfortable Grip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried these out myself and thought they were very comfortable to hold. I don't need to constantly readjust my grip. The lead is great. It's not too light and does not break easily. The eraser is nice and soft. I feel like the quality of the eraser says a lot of about the quality of the pencil. The eraser actually erases and doesn't just leave streaks. The pencils themselves are colorful and vibrant, which makes them easier to not lose. #GotItFree

I gave the pencils to my kids to try. They really like the way they felt holding them. I like the metal tip does not feel like a flimsy pencil. Nice job on extra eraser points too. I gave my sister in law I've to try she also really liked like. She loved the grip on the pencil found it very comfortable. She has a family of engineers and thought they would like the pencils too. They only concerned she had was price compared to wooden pencils. I like how they always seemed sharp. Nice colors too.?
