[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils. I prefer pencils for notes and drawing, and mechanical pencils make traveling easier. No sharpener needed! Quick sketches, jot down a note, or write a rough draft, this pencil is fantastic. The lead doesn't stick. It's super smooth, so no stuttering like I've found when using mechanical pencils. My lines are easy, fluid, and smooth. No squeak either! The grip of this pencil is very comfortable. I'm impressed, a nice mechanical pencil that I've had decent results with my sketching and shading.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was really excited to try these new Velocity pencils out! opened them as soon as I got them and began to write. I have a pen/pencil fetish. I love them. I love that they are bright and colorful and that you get extra lead and erasers in the package. Most mechanical pencils, you have a hard time trying to find the refills. These pencils do write really smoothly. I am excited for my kids to use them back to school. I also work in a school and am excited to see how durable they will be in the classroom!!!

My daughter has been using these for a month now in school and she always grabs one of these pencil. The other pencils are not good enough. BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils feel good in your hand when writing. The lead does not break easy like other pencils and the it easy to refill with the provided lead. The erasers work really well and leave a clean paper! These will always be used for school work in our house! #GotItFree from BzzAgent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used many mechanical pencils as a student and I have to admit most of the time I was not fully satisfied with using them. I used to hate the idea of having to use pencil over pens because of how many times the led would break and all the trouble I would go through while using mechanical pencils. However I was pleasantly surprised when I began using these mechanical pencils. They are smooth and have durable led that does not break easily which gives it the feel of a pen. I love using them, I have found my new favorite mechanical pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids and I like the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils. They are comfortable to use and I like the the lead comes with them to refill the pencils. The only issue we had using them was if you make a mistake the erasers don't erase neatly but make a big smudge on the paper. Maybe make some improvements to the erasers.
