[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The eraser did a poor job. Left smudges and didn't erase fully. The pencil was a little on the thick side for kid or small adult hands. Not something I'd buy again. Thanks to the generous Bzzkit I was able to give in s school supply drive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love mechanical pencils. These are about the same as any other except for the fact that they come in fun colors. The leads tend to break easily and yes you can buy extra's leads, you can't replace the erasers, so once those are gone you might as well just buy new pencils. The leads break super easy, so someone like me, or my youngest child can't use them or we will go through a whole thing of lead with just one paper.

They write as smooth as a pen, lead stays sharp and provides precise, clear writing. These also include extra erasers and lead saving money from an extra purchase. We've tried other brands but always come back to Bic and these Velocity pencils are the best in vivid lead and great erasers that don't crumble or fall off right away.
