The only pencils I'll ever buy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying that 5 isn't enough stars for these pencils! I received my Bic Velocity pencils over the summer and immediately fell in love with them. I kept one package at home for my family, and took one to work to share with co-workers. I have a 5th and 6th grader and they loved the pencils so much, they were the only kind they wanted for school. The exterior of the pencils come in bright and bold colors, and they have a comfort grip that is the perfect amount of grip and softness. The lead is .7 mm which is the perfect thickness that allows for smooth writing. And with the thicker lead it doesn't break as easily as the thinner stuff. The price is a little higher than your regular Bic mechanical pencils, but absolutely worth every penny. Will definitely keep buying Bic Velocity pencils!

My oldest makes beautiful artwork. I love seeing how happy they are about drawing and writing now. They spend less time on the internet and more time writing and drawing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The erasers on these pencils are pretty nice too. They don't seem to disintegrate into tiny specks like ones on cheaper mechanical pencils. They also don't make that horrible 'noise' that the pink erasers do either, which is great. One thing I do dislike about these though is that they get used up pretty quickly. I've been mainly only using the pink pencil and eraser is about halfway gone already and it's only been about 3 weeks since I got these. It's a little disappointing, but the pack does come with extra erasers. I'd definitely recommend getting a separate eraser though, like one of the the big rectangle ones. Anyway, personally I think these pencils are great. They write very smoothly. I haven't had an issue with putting too much pressure and having the lead snap. My friend who actually has this issue with a lot of pencils doesn't have it with these either.The design of these is just great too in my opinion. The look is very sleek and the colors are so attractive. My favorites are the pink and orange. I honestly don't see too many orange mechanical pencils. The yellow is great too. It actually looks even brighter and more neon in person than in the photo. The blue one is just blue - there's nothing much to say about it. They all look pretty nice. I may even go so far as to say they look /sharp/. What a Amazing Mechanical Pencil from Bic! I was really amazed how well my daughter and I liked these mechanical pencils. She liked that they are darker than a pencil and that it is refillable when she breaks the lead. I like the grip of the rubber holder, it makes my hands feel good and not so tired as I write up charts and allot of them. The colors are easy to spot and find in my purse and my daughter said her backpack, that is a plus since kids lose so many regular pencils. I like that I don't have to buy her a sharpener for her pencil box and she loses allot of those too, it is nice it has a refill in the package with lead and it stores it inside the pencil so when you run out it is there for you to refill. I will say these are the best things that Bic has brought out this year, we will be using these instead of regular pencils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils and so is my daughter! Bic Velocity are high quality refillable mechanical pencils. Each pack of pencils contained 5 pencils with extra lead AND erasers. I love the added bonus of replaceable eraser, making the pencil usable much longer. I've noticed great improvement in the neatness and fluidity of my daughter's writing since using these pencils. Bic Velocity pencils also have a nice cushion grip making them easy to hold for long periods of time without denting or hurting your fingers. I highly doubt I'll be buying anything but these pencils for my kids from here on out.

The kids go through so many pencils and sharpeners each year, I was happy to try the new BIC Velocity mechanical pencils! I kept the pink one for myself and absolutely LOVE It! It fits perfectly in your hand, the eraser is of good quality and it flows smoothly while writing. The lead is strong and of good quality. The kids have been using for a few weeks now and really like that the lead doesn't break easily. The erasers stay in place and do not disintegrate rapidly. Overall great product! I will continue to purchase more when these run out.

Great pencils that seem like a pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live these pencils so much, I really wanted to take a photo of myself using one for this campaign but my children took them to school with them without asking so no such luck! The pricks seem like pens write like pen( but in pencil) they have lead refills and an eraser at the end. It feels just like you are holding a pen in your hand and glides like a pen.
