They love these pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually we just get the standard pencils for our kid for school so of course he was thrilled to see that he got to try out mechanical pencils this year. It is awesome that the package comes with everything you could need; extra erasers and lead. We no longer hear him complaining about not having an eraser left on his pencils and about how they hurt his hands. No kid likes homework; however not as dreading whenever it doesn't hurt his hand. What kid doesn't like bright colors and these pencils definately stand out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My opinion for this pencil was, very smooth writing, easy grip and leads are strong, doesn't tip off easy like others do. However my teenage kids who are in Highschool (boy and girl)'s opinion was bit different than mine. They like the feeling of grip, but thought leads were little too smooth for them to write notes, especially when it comes to writing long essay. And colors can be added more fun style.

My son loves mechanical pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has always loved mechanical pencils. We were both excited to receive the Bic Velocity mechanical pencils through Bzzagent. Our first thought was they look very nice. We both like all the colors of the pencils and my son quickly chose the onse he likes. The width of the barrel is nice. We both liked that the barrel is thicker than a lot of mechanical pensils. The wider barrel nakes the pencil feel more substantial in your hand, making it easier to write. lead is definitely strong and smooth. I asked my son what he liked about the pencils and he said they write smooth" that was his answer without reading package or any outside influence. The thing we didn't care for too much was the eraser. It's small. We find that same problem with all mechanical pencils. It would be nice if it had the same size eraser as a regular pencil. We received these free for exchange for a review but we will definitely be purchasing more in the future."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let me just say, my children (11, 9, and 7) love mechanical pencils. I personally don't get it but when we are at the store, that is what they want when we are in the school supply aisle. So when these came from Bzz Agent my kiddos were so excited to try them. They immediately opened the package and starting writing letters. My oldest was saying how smooth it is to write with and how the lead doesn't break as easily as other mechanical pencils (can I get an Hallelujah?). That is my biggest beef with other mechanical pencils is that the lead always breaks but NOT these!! Woohoo! The eraser was smooth to erase with which is nice because other pencils rip the paper or don't erase well. These pencils get a huge thumbs up from our family!!

No sharpening required with mechanical pencils is great for tween who keeps misplacing the sharpener.Now these are the only pencils they prefer..also these erase easy too, so are great for little ones too who make a lot of mistakes.
