It's comfortable hand grip helps my hands to not to cramp up (great for those with arthritis), it writes smoothly, erases easily, and is a sturdy mechanical pencil. I gave to my teenage son to test out with school and homework and he approved! I would DEFINITELY recommend this pencil and will continue to purchase BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils!

They like the way they write and the lead doesn't break right away. Not your typical cheap pencil lead, sturdy body that doesn't crack unless you use force. Highly recommend Velocity to middle school and above!

The pencils have a comfortable grip which definitely helps when writing long papers?. Love that they are reloadable too, better for the environment.
