They make it easy for her to do her work because of the rubber grip and she really loves the colors... I would definetly buy these and recommend them to friends and family ??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a child I never liked mechanical pencils because the lead was so weak when I would press down to write it would always break. With the bic velocity the lead is strong and have not broken one time since I started using it. When I used the eraser it cleaned off all the lead. There were no messy streaks left on the paper. The pencil is so comfortable to hold and the nice bright , fun colors are great for children.

We are highly impressed and although they sell the replacement lead, which they came with an extra tube of it in the package we will likely purchase them again!

The answer is yes they are amazing and i write alot and havent had my fingers indent or hurt because of them. These work amazingly and they dont break as easy as some of the other mechanical pencils do. My 8 year old son loves using these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stopped using pencils a long time ago because the traditional wood sticks would create painful indentations on my fingers after a bit of writing. After being given the opportunity to try the Bic Velocity pencils, I can now enjoy the convenience of a pencil (being able to erase), with the comfort of a pen (grip cushions). As a university student, I'm always taking notes, and would rather erase a mistake than to scribble it out. These pencils erase very clean, entirely getting rid of the previous writing. The grip of the pencil is great. I can write for long periods of time before having to stop. They're also thicker than the traditional No. 2 pencil, which gives the user more control. They write effortlessly, seriously. I barely apply any pressure and the writing is prominent. I love that they are refillable, meaning they won't be something you have to keep purchasing at a high cost - simply buy the refills (which are super cheap) and voila.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these in my day-to-day business writing. I love the way it writes (the lead gives a crisp, clean look, almost like a pen). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is it doesn't erase very well. My daughter, whom I have the second package too, likes them also. She had the same complaint about erasing, so she uses a different eraser, and she said that works better. I've definitely recommend these to other people, who have noticed that I've now started doing a lot of my writing with these
