[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils are super awesome!! Very smooth and the eraser is awesome!! I'm obsessed with anything office/school supply related!! I will never buy another kind of mechanical pencil!! I have had problems before that you mess up and erase and can still see where you messed up!! With this eraser there are no problems with this! It erases super easy!!

It allows my kids to explore the color and have different options on what color of the pencil they want to use. The strong lead erases cleanly . It like you never wrote anything. These are great for marking her music because they erase cleanly after the [performance so she can return the sheet music for later use! All my kids fight over who gets to take the pencils to school. They thought they were super cool compared to the traditional old school pencils. I have already saw my daughter drawing and doodling with them in her spare time as well! I think the look means a lot to kids and these definitely have the look, plus they write very smooth and clean. Both my kids are in love with them and have already asked for more.

I have a middle school daughter who always wants the coolest accessories and most unique ones she can find. When she saw this mechanical pencils she said that not only did they look really cool but worked great. She asked if we could stack up on them since she goes through a lot of pencils through the school year. She loved how smoothly they wrote and how well the eraser worked. She also liked how the outside of the pencil came in different see through colors and the grip on the front and how the eraser was protected by a little lid. Overall, she was really happy with it and it's definitely a much higher quality then your average mechanical pencil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a son in the 10th Grade that takes college level classes. He has a lot of written work and also has to take several pages of notes a day. The Bic Velocity mechanical pencils really hold up and are long lasting. The lead is very strong, the erasers erase very well, and they also provide refills for the lead and erasers. The plastic that the pencils are made of is very durable and does not break easy. My kids used to go through other brands quickly because of them breaking easy. The Bic brand is the only brand that I will by now. You really do get what you pay for.
