These have quickly become a favorite in my house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is so simple they took pencil lead and put it into a casing of a pen and you would not believe the difference it makes. It writes so much smoother and the lead doesn't break off every five seconds like normal mechanical pencils. It is like writing with a pen its so clean. Also the face that it includes extra lead and erasers is a game changer. These will be the only mechanical pencils we will buy for now on. I think they hit a homerun with this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils are BY FAR the best mechanical pencils I have EVER used! Normally, I am not a big fan of non-traditional pencils, but these have changed my mind. Not only are they easy to grip, they write as smoothly and easily as a pen. I would definitely replace my traditional pencils with the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils. That is big for me! :)

High Marks for Bic Velocity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family is mechanical pencil freaks! The kids prefer them at school as they never have to worry about sharpening them. After being chosen as a BzzAgent to try these pencils (#GotItFree), there was great anticipation for their arrival and they did not disappoint. After enjoying them at home, the real test would be at school. After checking with my kids as well as the friends that they passed the extras out to, the concensus was mutual by all: They love them! The most common comment is the smoothness of the lead as they write. Other pros are the color choices, the lead doesn't easily break and the effectiveness of the eraser. The only single complaint was that the lead was thicker than their liking. After a quick check on Bic's website, I saw that the pencil also comes in .9 mm and .5 mm so that it would work for anyone. If you're looking for a good mechanical pencil, #BICVelocity is a fantastic choice that is readily found and reasonably priced.

They liked how the eraser was easy to use and erases great, no smudging! We are buying these for sure! I handed out coupons to the girls. We love that they come with plenty of extra erasers and lead. The lead is very strong, but writes smoothly at the same time. These are our go to mechanical pencils from now on!
