Fun to Draw!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids just love these Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils!! Kids love to draw and doodle with them. And they have a nice eraser for mistakes. The selection of colors makes them fun to use. They make drawing fun!!!

BIC Velocity For the Win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not going to pretend my kids love to go back to school or that these bright and colorful pencils make school exciting again, but they do help! When one loses their pencil, they specifically ask their siblings (we homeschool) if they can borrow the BIC Velocity" one! The lead is soft enough not to be scratchy but durable enough not to break constantly - and the erasers work well on every error. My kids love everything about these awesome pencils! Thanks BIC

great pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils are great for my kids to use for school. With mechanical pencils my kids will not have to get up and sharpen their pencils in the middle of class. The eraser works great. I am so happy as are my kids with these pencils.

Velocity Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the Velocity pens, so I was glad to give the Velocity pencils a try. They write smoothly, and are easy to refill. The different color choices make it easier for the kids to use their own pencil, also, so there is less fighting about who has their own pencil. The clicker is available on the side for some, but on the ones I received, it was at the top. The package I received also came with refills for the lead and the erasers, which is great, because the erasers always get used to death.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has to use a mechanical pencil for math. He has some issues with writing but these seem to be good pencil for him. They have nice grips and smooth dark heavy leads that don't snap when you push on them a little bit. I also like the fact that it come with extra leads and erasers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils. My kids love the funky colors and how they have a sleek cool design. No need to look for a pencil sharpener with the automatic reload lead. The eraser gets rid of mistakes cleanly with no smudges or tears. My kids already have them in their back to school backpacks waiting for schoolwork. These are quality pencils. The lead is more sturdy than other mechanical pencils and doesn't smudge when you erase. Thanks Bic for making such quality products

great pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They write very smoothly. I haven't had an issue with putting too much pressure and having the lead snap. My friend who actually has this issue with a lot of pencils doesn't have it with these either. The erasers on these pencils are pretty nice too. They don't seem to disintegrate into tiny specks like ones on cheaper mechanical pencils. They also don't make that horrible 'noise' that the pink erasers do either, which is great. One thing I do dislike about these though is that they get used up pretty quickly. I've been mainly only using the pink pencil and eraser is about halfway gone already and it's only been about 3 weeks since I got these. It's a little disappointing, but the pack does come with extra erasers. I'd definitely recommend getting a separate eraser though, like one of the the big rectangle ones. Speaking of erasers, one thing I don't understand is the caps. The erasers have caps on them. ...Why? The whole cap thing is why I had to get these in the first place. I think they're supposed to prevent having the lead get pushed out accidentally while you have the pencils in your bag or a case or something. However, upon trying out these pencils for the first time, I immediately lost two of the caps. They're clear so they are very difficult to find if you misplace them. Be careful
