[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love mechanical pencils but these new BICÆ VelocityÆ Mechanical Pencils are even better than any of them mechanical pencils they have used in the past. They've urged me to purchase more. My high school daughter has given her out to her friends and now all of their moms are asking me where do we get them from. I just handed out all of my coupons to them and told them some of the local stores around that I've noticed they are at. My Elementary School son like how good they erased because he makes a lot of mistakes he says.

I really like the grip on them I like the different colors. They erase pretty easy if you mess up while writing. I think they are very nice pencils. I got to try them free from Bzzagent in return for my honest review.

She told me it was one of the pencils we were sent to try....wow The flow was so nice, the style of the pencil was very well-put-together love the grip and the flow of the pencil.

It also felt comfortable in my hand, which made writing for longer periods of time easier. My only complaint is that the lead seems to wear down quickly (quicker than the average lead pencil) and it concerns me that refills might be needed more often. However, considering how much I enjoyed using the pencils, I'd still purchase and recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sixteen year old son has drew since he was 4 years old and he just gets better and better he has even drawn up blueprints for his Godfather who actually even used that blueprints to have a room added on to his house he wants to be an architect when he grows up. What he says is best is the lead doesnt break easily he loves these pencils every day when he comes home from school I find all 5 of them in his pants pockets I always check the pockets before doing laundry and the pencils are always in the pockets, he loves these pencils and every day right here at his desk and he's drawing with the #BicVelocity pencils they're just all-around wonderful #GotItFree

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I have both been the BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils and we both love them! They are easy to hold with the specialized rubber grip for your fingers, especially while writing. My daughter loves the different bright colors they come in!! The lead doesn't break as easy as other brands do and the erasers actually erase really well! The only thing that I didn't like about the pencil itself is that in order to dispense more lead you have to push the eraser down. It isn't a huge problem unless you go to use the eraser in which it can dispense more lead when you don't want it to. It also comes with a small, plastic cap that goes over the eraser which will need to be taken off when using the eraser. It is small enough that it could be a choking hazard especially if you have very young children who put things in there mouth. Overall, I really like the pencil and will continue to use them as will my oldest daughter. They write well, handle well, and the writing is smooth. My daughter doesn't complain as much about writing anymore either! SO I will cll it a win in my book!! Thanks BzzAgent!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] in past years my daughter was only allowed plain" #2 pencils at school. This year being the first year of Jr High she was REALLY excited to be able to have some freedom of choice in what she wrote with!! I had received these but allowed her to choose anything she wanted! After trying these she choose these and here is why: 1. She/we loved the colors. Many of the other choice were not nearly as vibrant or with only strips of color. Even the tube that holds the lead is colored!! 2. we LOVED that it came with a back up lead included. I have found that too often we just threw away empty pencils because we would forget to buy lead....such a simple idea but makes things so convenient. #3 The are comfortable to write with. Each pencil has its own matching color pencil grip (another way you save $$) 4. She LOVES that she doesntbhave to sharpen her pencils...i can remeber how cool it was once I got mechanical pencils and they were not nearly as cool
