I love that they come with extra lead and erasers it makes them last longer than the average lead pencil. The BIC Velocity writes smooth and a comfort grip myself and my kids like and they are anxious to take them to school and use as their go to pencil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not too picky with my pencils... if they work and have erasers, I'm set. The kids, on the other hand, are VERY picky. For some reason they always prefer mechanical pencils so they were super excited when I got these in the mail for them. No need to fight over the colors- my girl and boy gladly sorted which ones they wanted. It was very convenient to have the lead and erasers packaged separately. I think it really motivates my kids to practice their writing if they like the tools they're using. A+ from me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so frustrating to buy mechanical pencils and then need lead 2 weeks later. Or the eraser falls apart and the pencil become useless after only a few uses. Well now I don't have to worry about those things because BIC Velocity Mechanical pencils come with extra lead and erasers! The pencils write smoothly and evenly. The lead is strong enough that my kids aren't constantly breaking it. The colors are bright and cheerful and we are enjoying our free sample for review. I've passed them out to friends who seem to be enjoying them too. It's great to get everything needed in one package. We got ours free from BzzAgent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The one thing I hate about writing with pencils is the dullness that the lead gets and using this mechanical pencil I never have to worry about dull lead. I love how smooth and fluid it is when writing and my kids love them as well, they both stole 3 pencils to use at school. I will definitely purchase these pencils in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I, and my family, and all our friends that have tried these BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils all agree that BIC is indeed America's #1 pencil brand. These Velocity pencils are stylish with fun colors, very comfortable to hold and use. The lead never breaks! It wears down with all the writing and with one click you are good to keep going. The eraser works great. Whoever designed it should get Genius of the Year. It erases neatly with no messes or torn papers. After giving these pencils a good workout, I will for sure keep buying them.
