[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No more boring pencils that need sharpening! My kids can't get enough of these pencils. I received my free packs just in time for the new school year and the kids couldn't wait to test them out. The bright colors really caught their eyes. They really do write very smoothly but I found the darkness to be not that much darker then other .7mm lead which isn't an issue for me. The rubber grip does make writing a bit more comfortable for me since I tend to get stiff fingers after writing for awhile. I also hate having to sharpen pencils with shavings all over the place so no sharpening needed is a big plus for me. With the kids being more excited about doing their homework, Bic Velocity is A+ in our family!

We love how they look, feel, and write just like a ball point pen. So smoothly. Yet easily erasable with no need to sharpen. School just started a couple of weeks ago, but these pencils have stayed extremely busy.
