[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so first can we talk about how pretty these pencils are with their bright colors? Bright colors just make me happy. These pencils are great. I love mechanical pencils more than traditional pencils because they are darker, and give you smooth and crisp lines when you write and draw. These pencils are even darker and have thicker lead. Perfect for drawing. My husband and I decided to keep the pencils we received in my bzz kit for ourselves because we like them so much. I would recommend these pencils to anyone.

And the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencil delivers the feel and flow of a standard pencil yet has the benefits of a mechanical pencil. It feels sturdy and flows well while you write. I carry one everywhere with me. Clean up on mistakes in a cinch. And it erases with nothing left behind. Like it never happened!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my granddaughter and grandson both got some BIC velocity mechanical pencils to take to school. They were so proud of all the neat colors. Their penmanship seemed so much smoother then before. I think these are a very good value because the kids liked them and had fun deciding which color to use for each class. And if they accidentally made a mistake they could easily erase it without smears or paper tears. I made sure that their parents knew that i got these from Bzz agent to try and gave them coupons so they could share them with the kids friends.

To make life more fun, I assigned certain colors to my daughter, my son and myself so there's no more struggle. We all enjoy them. They're stylish and no need to get up in the middle of an assignment making all kinds of ruckus sharpening a wood pencil. They tested these BIC pencils out and loved them. They are comfortable to hold, the led doesn't break easilly and it erases well. As a parent, I like the low cost and quality. Some other brands just don't hold up and fell apart easily.

It is nice that we don't have to worry about finding a sharpener, and the replacement lead and erasers are a big help. She just entered 2nd grade and feels like a big kid" with these mechanical pencils. I feel the lead breaks a little easy
