A Little Color to a Dull Subject

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These super fun mechanical pencils are a colorful alternative to the clinical depressing usual choices available for this tool. My boys took them right away and have been using them to make math calculations all the more bearable. The leads do not snap when my kids are deep in the trenches of homework . I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are everything they are advertised to be. The super smooth lead is strong and writes with ease. We like the colors and the erasers and the fact they are refillable. My sons love the soft grip and the refillable erasers the most. I like that we can refill the lead to avoid having to purchase more pencils. These should last my boys all school year.

While mechanical pencils are a great concept, thier major flaw is how flimsy the lead is. Not with the BIC VELOCITY mechanical pencils. They are very durable yet still have a cool sleek design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the box velocity mechanical pencils I thought they were just another mechanical pencil with lead that breaks all the time and boy was I pleasantly surprised...I opened them up to send then to school with my son and decided to try one to test it out....OMG....the soft grippy, the smooth way it wrote, the dark lead, and it didn't break the lead the first few words in...I am in LOVE!!! I use pencils at work and had to steal some of these back from my son. I know from now on we will be using the BIC Velocity pencils.

The pencil feels great in the hand, the size is perfect, and does not cause any hand strain when writing for long periods of time. The writing comes out smooth with very little effort. The eraser is very easy to use, and completely eliminates any mistakes. The color does not smudge, even after highlighting the writing. The pencils come in a rainbow of colors, so everyone will be able to find a favorite! Thanks to BIC, I was able to try out these Velocity Mechanical Pencils for free, in exchange for my honest opinions in a review. They are soft to hold and write smooth. They are a great pencil. Also they come with #2 lead which is required on most test at school so they are perfect for back to school. These are great and they come with extra erasers and plenty of extra lead.
