Great for older kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are good. I only gave 4 stars because they are not good for kids under 9 or so. The younger kids tend to push down hard when they write and break the lead. But, this is with almost all mechanical pencils. Otherwise, they write great and erase well. I like that they come with extra erasers and lead. The erasers go faster and most mechanical pencils don't come with extra anything. Overall, a great product and haservice a decent price compared to other brands.

My older son took some to try, even though school hasn't started yet, summer homework still needs to get completed. Great product.

These pencils are super smooth to write with, in fact I actually mistook one for a pen. I love that it comes with extra lead and erasers. I'll be using my coupons to purchase more soon. Even though these will be lasting a while it never hurts to have a backup set.
