They have super strong lead that writes very smoothly. It also erases very easily leaving behind contract of what was written before. My children also love that is has a rubber cushion on it when the pencil in held by the fingers. My daughter was starting to get a bad callous from writing so much but with these mechanical pencils her fingures don't hurt so bad. Now my children will not use any other kind of mechanical pencils. #BicVelocity #GotItFree

The eraser erases writing completely without making smudges on your paper or tearing it. The bright colors make writing more fun. When it comes to mechanical pencils the new Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils are the best I have ever used. The best part is that the price of these pencils isn't any more than any other mechanical pencil but these come with so much more than other packs of mechanical pencils. Each pack has a tube of extra lead as well as a tube of extra erasers. These pencils just can't be beat.

He did mention that the kids had mechanical pencils last year where the tops come off and you trade them with other kids. He wishes these pencils could do that to.
