[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I gave my oldest son a pack of Bic velocity pencils and he now will not leave the house without one . He used to have trouble with erasing his corrections and he says his papers are cleaner than ever . The smoothness of the lead when he writes makes it easy to read his hand writing ... He loves them more than the average pencil

This brand certainly has lasted much longer compared to the other brands we've tried. The lead is sharper, great grip, and great colors that makes it easy to find.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a nice writing and durable mechanical pencil that doesn't break before you even get a chance to refill it like some others I've experienced. Love the weight of the pencil displaying the quality of material used and that the eraser has a cap on it to not get smudged up so it can continue to erase ever so smoothly. Definitely worth paying a little extra and getting away from the name brand/cheaper mechanical pencils. Thanks for introducing us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very easy to write with the led does not break easy like some other pencils. The color pink is not like shown in the picture it is more dark like another purple. The cap on the eraser is not needed and can be hert a little baby if eaten. I would when to know how they write before I buy them and they do write very well and you get some led and some eraser with it.

My kids specifically ask for the special pencils when getting ready to do their writing. One of my kids who hate to even pick up a pencil asked, I want one of those pencils that write like a pen". I knew exactly which pencil he was talking about the smooth writing Bic Velocity One. I was right. Parents give this one a try and you wont be sorry!"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can not be happier with the Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils! My three daughters, ages 15, 13 and 10, absolutely LOVE these!! They go through pencils like underwear. My youngest has only used the old fashioned #2 pencils before this but since she is now in Middle School she wanted to be just like her big sisters. But every pencil she tried either hurt her fingers to hold or she would easily break the lead when trying to write with it. I guess she is so used to the old type pencils she was pressing to hard. The Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencil lead seems stronger because she hasn't broken any of these! My older girls were most impressed with how easily they were able to erase their work!! I never even realized that was a problem for them. lol The colors made it an easy sell to try! Fun and bright!! I've already bought two other packages using my coupons. One of my favorite BzzAgent products we've tried!

Some like mechanical pencils and some don't! Well we got these and my kids love them! For one they are more durable than other mechanical pencils we have owned in the past. The tips are metal rather than cheap flimsy plastic so it can hold up against my children's brute strength! Also, the pencil itself fits in your hand nicely, it isn't too think to grip and it isn't rigid like others. It is nice and smooth with a comfortable grip. The lead seems to actually write smoothly which is nice and not only do they come in great colors, but they also come with extra lead and erasers! Can't beat the value!

It's nice to not have to throw away perfectly fine pencils just because the erasers are gone, and it's great for the environment too!
