I received this cabinet bent. I didn't have time to return it and wait for another one. I had to finish my project. If it would not have came bent I would of gave 5 stars Needs better packaging

Not bad it is light duty made fairly well only real issue is that the draws should come out further to reach the files in back instead of having to pull the front files to get to the rear ones

First the two employees that assisted me where Awesome! The woman offered me the floor model due to it being discontinued. At a discount price. And the man carried it out to my car and put it in it for me. I will recommend your store and this product. The only thing is only two drawers lock? I wish all three locked??!!

This unit is flimsy poorly assembled and unstable. Only two of the drawelock and the locking mechanism is pretty poor. Aside from that it was “ cheap”.

Tried to buy this and other office furniture at Stillwater store- close to home. I asked the cashier to get me help. She paged twice overhead but no one showed after 20 minutes. I went back to the cashier and asked she page me some help . She did but again no one showed to help me after waiting another 20 minutes . I could see workers standing areoun and I bet there were only 4 customers in the store at the time . I left. Next day went to Staples at Tulsa Hills . Jordan met me at the door and was so helpful answered my questions . Jordan knows all about customer service and helping his customers. Stillwater staples customer service is terrible . I will not use them again . I will gladly drive over to Tulsa for better customer service .
