Tue drawers are terrible. They fell off track from the second time we opened them and we're bringing it back to a local store this week. Also the metal used is so flimsy.

Let me start to say I shall NEVER order another furniture item from Staples ever again!!! If I continue to shop there I will make sure I can carry out my items. From the time I ordered my dissatisfaction occurred. I was never given the choice of day for my delivery nor did the associate mention it was next day only. I could not be home on your "next day delivery" nor was I offered another choice of day. After numerous calls to your your customer service location questionable I had to make many daily calls. On the day the cabinet arrived I could not unscrew the screws to reverse your handles. No was said I would need to assembly as I would have asked the delivery person to do this. The picture on the box showed the handles on the outside. I twisted my wrist trying to unscrew the nails with my Philips screw drive. Your Assembly Sq. store was of no use. Told me to use my strength or get a neighbor to assist me. I am a 72 year old senior who felt very disrespected. After much searching I did find someone to assist me and even he had a difficult time. Why didn't Staples have the handles taped inside the draws with the screws to make the assembly easier. And oh you needed to tilt the cabinet to get the draws to open. This whole experience was a disaster and I have spread the word to people to avoid this happening to them. You at Staples should be ashamed of yourself to put me and anyone in this situation. You really do not deserve a rating at all!!!!! Respectfully a Senior shopper Estelle

This is perhaps the most cheaply made and flimsy file cabinet I’ve ever seen.None of the drawers stay on their tracks and keep falling into the cabinet.Get something more sturdy.
