I would give this product zero stars if it was an option. This cabinet is flimsy the drawers do not stay on track it is of no use for frequent filling. The product came dented even thought the packaging was not. I was told to use a hammer to push it out when I called my local store regarding a return. "They have to do that all the time." "Even if you return this for one we have on hand we've probably had to do that to it." This is maybe the second bad review I have ever given and generally take the time to give a great review even when it is not requested. If you need durable filling cabinets look elsewhere. This product is not suitable for even a light filling need.

"Extended Warranty?"

This is what the salesperson insisted when I bought this. I didn't heed her warning and I am full of regret. Can't open the bottom drawer at all middle drawer is skewed and won't close properly top drawer falls of the glider. I attempted to return but missed my 14 day window! Let me just say I believe the salesperson knew that this product was shoddy and I believe that is why she seemed very insistent that a warranty is a good idea. With this in mind is Staples being negligent in allowing this to continue to sell making an extra dollar by "insisting" on extended warranty no proper warning and without acknowledging the numerous complaints...I believe they are!
