I would rate it as a zero but 1 star was the lowest option. Drawers would not close if any weight was in the drawer due to the cheap plastic runners. I bought a cabinet with metal runners and it works.

Very cheaply made. The drawers are constantly getting stuck and you can’t close or open it properly. Terrible!!

This is perhaps the most cheaply made and flimsy file cabinet I’ve ever seen.None of the drawers stay on their tracks and keep falling into the cabinet.Get something more sturdy.

very flimsy (like aluminum foil) drawers buckle cannot hold file weight of any kind key locks only two of the three drawers very disappointed bringing it back today

This cabinet does not hold any files. The drawers twist off the side rails and do not open or close. The lock is kind of a joke since it doesn't really offer any security. Unless you are looking for an office prop I wouldn't buy this file cabinet.

This claims it is a 3-drawer locking file cabinet. Only 2 drawers lock not all 3. Very disappointed. When you pull drawers out they fall of the track very easily too.
